Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
     

  • Allow you to choose another product of equal value from our website
     

We are not responsible for damage reported outside of the 48-hour window.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • No refunds are available once products have been opened or used.
     

  • We do not accept returns of opened skincare products for health and safety reasons.
     

If an issue is confirmed on our end, we offer product replacement or store credit only.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ricca Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you believe your package is lost, contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

 

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
